M-Techvalves is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. M-Techvalves proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

1. SHIPPING

For new website orders, payment is 100% in advance. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 days after payment is received. Transit time is additional. Courier charges are ₹99 per order for 1–6 pieces and ₹299 per order for 7 or more pieces, based on the total number of pieces across all valves in the cart.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

https://www.m-techvalves.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. DEFECTIVE-PIECE EXCHANGE REQUESTS

For new website orders, exchange requests are accepted only for defective pieces and must be made within 2 working days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact M-Tech through the contact page. The separate 14-day no-reason return and cancellation offer remains available under our Return & Refund policy. Terms already accepted for existing orders remain unchanged.

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
